Ethan Fegan is a composer and arranger based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. His compositions employ a broad harmonic palette and blend distinct styles to create unique, compelling works. He draws inspiration from the human psyche, exploring the spiritual and intellectual aspects of the human experience, and laying bare the emotions that we sometimes have difficulty expressing. As an arranger, Ethan strives to capture the energy of the source material while also imbuing his personal flair, creating exciting and fresh takes on well known classics.
Ethan holds a Bachelors degree in music composition from Western Michigan University, where he studied with Christopher Biggs, Carter Rice, and Lisa Coons.
